Personal crisis or relationship problems often affect other family members. Professional counseling may be needed to
help resolve conflict at home, trouble at school, or work-related issues.
Specialized Services
Psychological testing is available to individuals who desire better self-awareness. Career planning,
career counseling and life coaching is also available for men, women, and adolescents.
Family Life Education Programs
The staff of GVCCC is available to plan and conduct family life education programs around topics of concern to
the congregation or community group. Topics previously presented include:
- effective parenting
- enhancing marital relationships
- understanding your adolescent
- stress management
- grief resolution
- dealing with substance abuse
- singles' issues
